Meet Our Staff
Tonia Boyer – Graduate Therapist & Outreach CoordinatorI believe each person has a unique story – a mosaic of relationships and experiences that have influenced them and created the person they are today. By closely examining who we are, we can identify the pieces of ourselves and our lives that we’d like to change. I am here as a collaborative and supportive partner in that process- someone in your corner that is there for you and desires the best for you. My years of teaching experience have given me a great deal of insight into developmental transitions and challenges, and my own journey of working through difficult childhood circumstances also lends a unique perspective. If you’re struggling with life’s challenges, I’m here to help. If my door is open, come on in and say hello! I look forward to meeting you and working together on your goals for a better future! HOURS: Monday 9AM-4PM, Wednesday 9AM-3PM, Friday 9AM-1PM |

Lydia is a graduate student therapist and is currently studying for her Masters of Counseling at Western Seminary. Her clinical practice is guided by fostering deep relationships and helping individuals look at the past in order to make meaning of the present. She is driven by the belief that every human holds inherent dignity and worth and seeks to establish an environment where that is felt by all. Thus, her practice is rooted in empathy and curiosity. As a practicing Christian, Lydia is comfortable with the integration of religious/spiritual issues and mental health, should individuals want to discuss their faith background. Lydia’s specific areas of interest include identity seeking and value exploration, family systems, body image and/or eating disorders, and processing trauma. She approaches wellness from a holistic perspective—the strengthening and care of mind, body and spirit—and uses interventions to support this approach. Lydia looks forward to meeting with you this year! Please feel free to reach out to schedule an appointment. HOURS: Tuesday 10AM-4PM, Wednesday 9AM-3PM, Thursday 6PM-8PM (telehealth only) |

![]() Cayden Sharp – Counseling Intern
Graduate counseling student from Multnomah University. My undergrad is in Social Work and I attended Greenville University in Illinois. I moved from Illinois in August 2023 and I am so excited to be here in Oregon to begin my counseling career! I have previous experience as a mental health professional at the Montgomery County Health Department back in Illinois. I worked with a variety of rural clients providing mental health case management and doing intake assessments. My passion is mental health and I am a huge advocate for lessening the stigma and providing mental health services to those in need. I am aware of how college can be a difficult and confusing time. Mental health is universally a struggle on most college campuses. I am striving to be a support and help you navigate through this time. In college I was an All-American athlete in track & field, so sports psychology is also one of my passions. I have seen first-hand how mental health crises in college athletes are at large. I believe that there is great power in sports psychology. I am excited to hear your story and work with you towards healing and wholeness.
